Strategy & Planning
Corporate Events and Launches
A brand is remembered most when it meets people face to face. For corporate events we shape the idea, the venue, the flow and the communication in one hand, so the event speaks your brand’s language.
Which corporate events do we organise?
- Product and brand launches
- Dealer, employee and management meetings
- Trade fair participation and stand design
- Internal events, award ceremonies and anniversaries
- Invitations, stage, wayfinding and event identity
- Digital communication before and after the event
How is a corporate event planned?
We begin by clarifying the purpose of the event and who will attend. We set the concept, budget and timeline together and manage design, production and suppliers from one team. We are on site on the day, and afterwards we extend the event’s impact with photography, film and social media content.
- Purpose and guests We clarify why the event is happening, who will attend and what should change afterwards.
- Concept, budget and timeline Together we set the idea, the venue options and how the budget is split.
- Design and production We manage every visual and every build, from invitations and stage to wayfinding and stands.
- On the day We run the flow, the crews and the suppliers on site.
- Afterwards We extend the event’s reach with photography, film and social media content.
Who are corporate events for?
Organisations that want to announce a new product or bring their dealers or employees together, and do it in a way that suits their brand.
Why run an event with a single team?
When concept, design, production and communication are split across different companies, the whole can fall apart even if each part is done well. When one team runs them, the voice of the invitation carries onto the stage and into the posts after the event, and you deal with a single contact throughout.
What determines the cost of a corporate event?
Most of an event budget goes on the venue, the number of guests and production. So we first agree the fixed costs and priorities with you, then allocate the rest of the budget around them.
- Number of guests and length of the event
- Venue, accommodation and transport
- Stage, sound, lighting and AV
- Stand or set construction
- External services such as catering, performers and speakers
- Communication, photography and film before and after the event
Corporate events and launches in Ankara
For events in Ankara we join venue visits, rehearsals and supplier meetings in person, from our office in Beştepe, Yenimahalle. For events elsewhere in Türkiye we run the preparation online and are there in person for site visits and on the day when needed.
Frequently asked questions
How far ahead should we start planning a corporate event?
As early as possible: for a large launch or dealer meeting, starting a few months ahead is usually best, because venues and suppliers in busy seasons book up early. We also take on events with shorter notice; in that case we fix what cannot change first and compress the plan around it.
Do you find the venue and suppliers?
Yes. If you wish, we research venue options and stage, sound, lighting, catering and print suppliers, and present their quotes side by side. If you already have a venue or company you want to work with, we work with them too. Either way, we coordinate all suppliers from one place.
Do you also design trade fair stands?
Yes. For trade fairs we design the stand, the visuals used on it and the promotional material. We follow the stand’s production and installation together with the builder. Invitations before the fair and communication after it are part of the same plan.
