Digital Advertising Management
The power of digital advertising is that it can be measured. We set up your campaigns with the right goal, track which ad brings results with which audience and at what cost, and steer your budget accordingly.
Which ad channels do we manage?
- Google Ads: search, display, YouTube and shopping campaigns
- Meta ads: Instagram and Facebook
- ChatGPT Ads: advertising inside AI conversations
- LinkedIn and other platform ads
- Audience, keyword and remarketing setup
- Ad copy and visual production
- Conversion tracking setup and regular reporting
How are ad campaigns set up and managed?
First we clarify the goal: sales, quote requests, calls or awareness. We set up measurement and launch the campaigns. We monitor results closely, stop what doesn’t work and scale what does, and every month we report clearly what was spent and what it brought in.
- Goal and metric We pin down what the campaign has to achieve: sales, quote requests, calls or awareness, and agree up front which number defines success.
- Measurement setup We set up conversion tracking, Google Analytics and the platforms’ measurement tags and test that they work. A campaign that isn’t measured can’t be managed.
- Campaigns and creative We plan audiences, keywords and budget split, and prepare ad copy and visuals for your approval.
- Launch and close monitoring Once campaigns are live we check spend and results frequently, especially in the first weeks.
- Optimisation and reporting We pause the ads that don’t deliver and scale those that do. Every month we report clearly what was spent and what it brought in.
Who is digital advertising management for?
Brands that want to get sales, quote requests or applications online and see a return on their ad budget.
Google Ads or Meta ads?
They do different jobs. Google search ads appear in front of people already searching for your product or service; they capture existing demand. Instagram and Facebook ads reach people who aren’t searching yet but might be interested; they create demand and build awareness. YouTube and LinkedIn sit between the two, each with its own audience.
For most brands the right answer is to split the budget across channels according to the goal and shift it as results come in. For new channels such as ChatGPT Ads, we recommend testing with a controlled budget first and deciding on the data.
How is a campaign’s success measured?
Clicks and impressions alone say little; what matters is what the ads bring to your business. Depending on the campaign goal, we track and report:
- Cost per conversion: what a sale, quote request or call costs
- Return on ad spend (ROAS): what each unit of spend brings back on sites that sell
- Conversion rate: how many visitors from ads take action
- Channel and campaign comparison: where the budget works hardest
- Lead quality: whether enquiries turn into sales, based on your feedback
What determines the cost of ad management?
The ad budget is paid directly to the platforms; our management fee is separate. The fee depends on the work needed to set up and run the campaigns:
- Number of ad channels and campaigns
- Size of the monthly ad budget
- Need for ad visuals, video or copy
- Setting up conversion tracking and measurement
- Preparing or improving landing pages
- How often and how detailed reporting should be

Frequently asked questions
How much budget do I need to start advertising online?
There is no single right number; it depends on competition in your sector, the target region and click costs. We recommend starting with a controlled test budget to see which channel delivers results at what cost. We then grow or reallocate the budget together based on the first weeks’ data.
Is the ad budget included in your fee?
No. The ad budget is paid directly to Google, Meta or the other platforms from your own account. Our fee covers campaign setup, management, creative and reporting, so you can always see exactly what was spent on the platform.
Whose name should the ad accounts be in?
We recommend opening the accounts in your brand’s name and keeping admin access with you. We work in them as authorised users. That way campaign history, measurement data and audiences always remain your brand’s assets.
How soon do Google Ads campaigns deliver results?
Search ads can start bringing clicks the day they go live. But seeing which keywords, audiences and messages deliver at the best cost usually takes a few weeks of data. Think of the first month as the campaign’s learning and tuning period.
