Corporate Website Design
Your website is the shop window that never closes. On a corporate site we present your brand, your services and what sets you apart in a clear, trustworthy voice, and build pages that lead visitors to a next step such as requesting a quote, calling or filling in a form.
What does corporate website design include?
- Sitemap, content structure and user experience
- Interface design for desktop, tablet and mobile
- An admin panel you can update yourself
- Quote, contact and application forms
- Multilingual site structure
- Technical foundations for search engines and AI search
- Hosting, maintenance and update support
How is a corporate website designed and launched?
We start by agreeing on goals and content, shape the design around your corporate identity and carry it into development once you approve it. Before launch we test the site on different devices and browsers and show your team how to use the panel. After the site goes live, we stay by your side.
- Discovery and goals We agree the site’s purpose, its visitors and how success will be measured.
- Sitemap and content We plan the pages, the content flow and the integrations required.
- Interface design We present desktop and mobile designs for your approval and refine them with your feedback.
- Development and testing We build the site with its admin panel and test it across devices and browsers.
- Launch and support We launch the site, train your team on the panel and take care of maintenance afterwards.
Who do we design corporate websites for?
Brands building their first corporate website, renewing an outdated one or wanting their site to bring in more quotes and applications.
Corporate website or e-commerce site?
A corporate website tells people about your brand, services and how to reach you; its job is to build trust and lead visitors to a step such as requesting a quote, calling or filling in a form. An e-commerce site does the selling itself: product catalogue, stock, cart, payment and shipping are all part of it.
Which one you need depends on whether you plan to sell online. Many brands start with a corporate site and add e-commerce when they are ready to sell; we build the foundations with that growth in mind from the start.
Our e-commerce website service
A site ready for search engines and AI search
A website isn’t only built to look good; it is built to be found. We develop our sites to load fast, work comfortably on mobile and be easy for search engines to read:
- A separate title and description for every page
- Meaningful URLs and breadcrumbs
- Structured data (schema.org)
- Fast-loading images and lean code
- Correct language tags (hreflang) on multilingual sites
- Sitemap and robots.txt
What determines the cost of a corporate website?
The price of a corporate website depends less on the number of pages than on what the site needs to do. The gap between a small single-language brochure site and a multilingual, custom-designed site connected to other systems is the gap in the work itself. Once we understand what you need, we prepare an itemised quote.
- Number of pages and templates
- Number of languages
- How much custom design is needed
- Integrations such as CRM, booking or application systems
- Whether copy, photography and content production are included
- Expectations for maintenance, hosting and support after launch
Frequently asked questions
Can we update the site’s content ourselves?
Yes. We deliver our sites with an admin panel where you can add text, images, pages and products yourself. Before launch we show your team how to use the panel, and afterwards we help whenever you get stuck.
Is the website delivered SEO-ready?
Yes. We deliver sites with technical foundations that search engines and AI search can read: fast loading, mobile-friendly layouts, page titles and descriptions, structured data and a sitemap. Lifting rankings for the long term takes content and ongoing work, which is what our separate SEO service is for.
Do you provide maintenance and support after launch?
Yes. After the site goes live we can take care of updates, security patches, backups and small improvements, and plan hosting with you if you need it. We set out the scope and length of support clearly at the start.
Will we lose our Google rankings when we rebuild our site?
Not if the move is planned properly. Before the rebuild we list the current site’s URLs and the pages that bring in visitors, and link every changed URL to its new home with a permanent (301) redirect. After launch we watch Search Console and fix indexing issues quickly. Short fluctuations in the first weeks are normal; this preparation is what prevents lasting losses.
